Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Accounting & Finance - CA

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Finalization of accounts, GL scrutiny, and MIS review - TDS, GST, Profession Tax, and other statutory compliances - Payroll operations and adherence to client accounting policies - Fund monitoring, billing, and recovery - Financial Control & Collections oversight to ensure timely receivables and cash flow discipline - Operational Efficiency Compliance across internal processes and client mandates - Client Delivery Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service quality - Client relationship management and issue resolution - Coordination with bankers and internal teams - Leading a team with daily planning and review Qualification requirements include: - CA Qualified with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience - Strong grasp of Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income Tax - Excellent communication and review skills - Practical experience in accounting and compliance - Ability to identify issues and craft solutions - A mindset that goes beyond delivery into planning and development - Commitment to driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and financial discipline You will be responsible for the follo…
