Specialist Accounting and Reporting

In this role as a Specialist in Accounting and Reporting within the Finance and SCM team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of General Ledger accounting. Your key duties will involve creating a system of recurring journal entries, calculating and entering all adjusting journal entries, providing detailed analysis of accounts to auditors, reviewing feeds to the GL from the Inventory module, assisting in writing footnotes to financial statements, handling Accounts Reconciliations, and following up with stakeholders for Open items resolution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing various Journal Entries such as Accrual, Prepaid, and Bank - Overseeing Month End & Year End Close Activities, ensuring timely closure of Balance Sheet Open Items - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Financial Statements and Management Reports - Working closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams - Providing support for both Internal and External Audit processes To excel in this role, you should have the following skill requirements: - Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Practices, particularly in Month-End Closing and Reporting - Strong understanding …
