Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end speaker acquisition efforts for international life sciences conferences.Research and generate high-potential speaker leads from universities, research institutions, and industry.Shortlist and prioritize potential speakers based on relevance, credibility, and expertise.Professionally approach speakers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other mediums.Follow up persistently and maintain detailed communication logs.Coordinate with the internal conference and content teams to align speaker sessions with event themes.Ensure timely confirmations, speaker onboarding, and session material collection.Build and maintain long-term relationships with speakers for future events.Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth speaker integration and promotion.Maintain performance reports and meet weekly targets on speaker outreach and closures.RequirementsPreferred QualificationsBachelorExperience 1 - 3 Years
