Lead Accounting Specialist, Biotech & Pharma

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing various accounting functions on US clients files, including posting and reconciling Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Bank and Credit Card transactions, Payroll, and general Journal entries. Additionally, you will support Life Sciencesspecific accounting such as R&D; expense tracking, clinical trial accruals, grant accounting, and deferred revenue. Your role will involve preparing workpapers, accounting schedules, and extracting and preparing various management reports per clients needs. You will also review the work of Staff, provide constructive feedback, and allocate work based on staff availability and competency. Moreover, you will assist in up-skilling staff through proper guidance and adhere to deadlines while self-reviewing work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
