As a Data Analyst at AND Academy, you will play a crucial role in collecting, interpreting, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Manually entering data from handwritten forms and sheets. - Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and management tasks. - Preferably using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for additional data management. - Understanding and adhering to data entry protocols and standards to ensure high-quality data management. - Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and enhance efficiency. - Regularly reviewing and verifying entered data to maintain accuracy. - Assisting in generating reports and analyses based on the entered data using Excel and Google Sheets. - Ensuring the quality of the CRM system by verifying lead stages and follow-ups. - Listening to random calls daily and reporting findings to the Head of the department. - Handling any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of the department to boost team efficiency. - Analyzing and presenting data to the Head of the department to facilitate decision-making.
