Position Title: Business Unit HR Executive. Location: Hyderabad / Raipur Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time. Role Overview The Business Unit HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee grievance handling, employee relations (ER) activities, performance management processes (PMS), and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) discussions for the assigned business unit. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound HR knowledge, and hands-on execution experience within a Domestic BPO environment. Key Responsibilities Employee Grievance & Employee Relations (ER) Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Handle and resolve grievances in a timely, confidential, and fair manner. Conduct ER meetings, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. Maintain proper documentation related to grievances and ER cases. Performance Management (PMS & PIP) Coordinate and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles. Facilitate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) discussions and documentation.
