Manager - Accounting & Human Resources

As an Accounting & Human Resources Manager at our premier materials refining and manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in the financial and human resources functions. Reporting to the General Manager in Singapore, your responsibilities will include: Finance: - Handling the full spectrum of accounting functions in a manufacturing environment, including monthly financial closing. - Preparing management accounts, financial statements for audit purposes, and bookkeeping. - Presenting accounts/financial results to management for monthly reviews and highlighting pertinent issues. - Performing cost analysis, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cash flow management. - Analyzing the financial position of the company and providing feedback and suggestions for improvements. - Monitoring income and expenses, managing payroll, and overseeing collections and payments. - Ensuring compliance with GST-related matters and liaising with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies. - Maintaining proper documentation and records, responding to financial inquiries, and managing accounts for on-time payments.
