Finance Manager - Planning and Accounting

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Financial Management & Compliance:** - Lead all accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Oversee TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliations. - Manage GST compliance such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and liaison with consultants. - Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial closure on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Lead statutory, internal, and donor/project audits and effectively respond to audit queries. - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and donor guidelines. - **Project & Fund Accounting:** - Supervise project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring. - Ensure precise allocation of expenses across various projects. - Review and approve project financial reports based on donor/client requirements. - Collaborate with program teams to enhance financial accountability. - **Financial Planning & Reporting:** - Prepare and review monthly MIS, variance analysis, and management reports. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual fina…
