Human Resources Recruiter - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process* Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements* Handle offer negotiations and onboarding formalitiesRelevant Information:Qualification: Graduate (Human Resources or related field preferred)Salary: Upto 38k CTCExperience: 5-6 YearsExperience 5 - 7 Years
