Key Responsibilities:1. Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.- Actively search and attract potential candidates to fill open positions within the organization.2. Screen applicants through resume reviews and phone interviews to identify potential fits.- Evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills to determine if they align with the job requirements.3.
