Finance Accounting Manager

As the Finance & Accounting Manager at Nabatis India, your role will involve leading all financial, accounting, and compliance activities for the India operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities - Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis - Overseeing AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and taxation processes - Leading annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes - Providing financial insights and recommendations based on business performance - Ensuring full compliance with local statutory requirements - Monitoring cash flow, banking operations, and working capital requirements - Providing financial analysis to support commercial decisions - Leading and developing local finance and accounting staff Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional certifications (ACCA/CPA/Brevet C) are an advantage - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing - Indonesian Nationality and willingness to be relocated globally to India - Strongly skilled in S…
