Operations Executive

Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch. Handle billing processes, invoice generation, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of transactions and operational data. Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation. Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries. Work with internal teams to improve operational efficiency. Prepare reports and MIS for management review. Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.
