Overall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section) Ensure delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet Business Users' requirements by: Designing and implementing ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses Developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements Establishing and maintaining data governance and quality controls over a number of data sources and systems Diagnosing and resolving data-related issues and optimizing ETL processes for performance Working with Project Managers and development leads to guide the estimation of data-related tasks Assisting with the recruitment of high-quality data analysts and ETL developers Qualification, Experience and Skills Role Specific Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and ETL processes Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e-g-, Tableau, Power BI) Experience with ETL tools and technologie…
