As an Accountant - Offshore Accounting (US Accounting & India Payroll) at Greymatter Innovationz, your role involves managing accounting and payroll tasks with a focus on US accounting principles and India Payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Accounting & Taxation (US): - Managing day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP - Handling US federal, state, and local tax filings and payments - Maintaining accurate financial records such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Preparing and submitting tax returns while ensuring compliance with tax regulations - Providing tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities - India Payroll & Taxation: - Administering payroll processing for employees and consultants in compliance with India regulations - Ensuring accurate tax calculations and timely payments under Indian tax laws - Staying updated with changes in local tax laws and implementing adjustments accordingly - Invoicing & Billing (US & India): - Managing invoicing and billing processes for clients and vendors in both the US and India - Ensuring timely and accurate generation of invoices and billing statements - Tracking pay…
