Location: Bhopal (Work from Office) Roles & Responsibilities: Manage in-house sales operations and ensure smooth process execution. Handle end-to-end lead management, including regular follow-ups and conversion. Identify and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals across PAN India. Support business development initiatives by generating new leads and opportunities. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of leads, client interactions, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services. Eligibility & Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales/business development will be an added advantage.
