Field Application Engineering (UPS / APF (Active Power Filter)) (Delhi)

Job Description: You will be joining the Data Center Solutions team in Delta India as a Sales & Field Application Engineer-Power solution based in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include supporting Customer Management, conducting Load studies for UPS / APF (Active Power Filter), undertaking PQA (Power Quality Audit), and escalating repeat failures at any site related to power solutions for Edge data centers applications. You will need to ensure strict adherence to quality and performance levels. As an FAE, you will engage in various activities such as field application engineering, project management, technical support, pre-sales discussions, customer and consultant relationship management, and tender compliances. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field application engineering and Retrofit opportunity site survey, and submit site survey with BOM. - Provide project management and technical support both internally and externally. - Assist the sales & core DC team in understanding site/customer requirements to propose suitable DC solutions. - Engage in pre-sales technical discussions with end customers/consultants/PMCs and seek brand approvals. - Identify consultants with a segm…
