Roles & Responsibilities Tele Collections Executive • Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection • Explain payment details and resolve customer queries professionally • Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment updates • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets • Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related issues • Ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism • Update customer information and collection status in the system • Follow company compliance and collection procedures during customer interactions
