Senior Manager - Accounting, Tax & Financial reporting

Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Accounting & Tax at Black Duck Software in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading all accounting, statutory compliance, and tax operations in India. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, direct tax, transfer pricing, and global corporate policies. You will work closely with global finance teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities while managing and developing a high-performing local accounting team.
