Infrastructure Technical Support Engineer - Network and Cloud

Role Overview: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and on-site. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will involve basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, monitor, and maintain core routing and switching network infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, and Prisma IoN. - Manage and support SDWAN solutions on Cisco and/or Prisma IoN platforms to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Administer SASE solutions using Zscaler, Prisma, or similar platforms, supporting secure connectivity for cloud and remote users. - Oversee cloud networking environments on Azure, AWS, and GCP, including cloud-native network controls and integrations. - Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure using AI-aided observability and management tools. - Automate network operations and routine tasks using scripting langu…
