Area Manager

Role Overview: Amazon is seeking Area Managers for our Fulfillment Centers (FCs). As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key areas such as safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity within your department. Your main focus will be on reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, balancing labor, supporting safety programs, and leading process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will need to have direct management experience, be flexible to work weekends and overnight shifts regularly.
