Head of Maintenance Engineering

Role Overview: As a Section Head - Engine Plant Maintenance, you will report to the Plant Maintenance Head and be responsible for managing the Team Managers in Engine Plant Maintenance. Your main focus will be on improving equipment efficiency, optimizing maintenance costs, strengthening PM Pillar activities, developing people's skills, enhancing Daily Work Management, and achieving IMS and EnMS objectives through resource conservation in the section.
