Technical / Maintenance Manager

As a Technical / Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities within the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Insuring the realization of maintenance objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. - Creating and implementing global Preventive Maintenance Plans for all company premises and equipment. - Monitoring maintenance figures, analyzing deviations, and taking corrective actions. - Establishing standards and policies for equipment installation, modification, testing, and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations. - Managing maintenance of plant buildings and coordinating maintenance schedules for equipment. - Monitoring MTBF & MTTR metrics, analyzing discrepancies, and leading corrective actions. - Defining action priorities for resolving maintenance issues. - Preparing bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. - Testing newly installed machines and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. - Maintaining department cleanliness and organization using the 5S methodology.
