Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Job Description: You will be working directly with Onshore leads for the region, managing a team and being responsible for their deliverables, appraisals, and growth. Your role will involve working on transition, transformation, and automation projects, as well as supporting onshore teams on adhoc requests, report building, and various other analyses from a monthly reporting perspective. It is essential for you to have working experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and planning functions. Moreover, having working knowledge of systems like HFM, SAP, Sales Force, RPA, and Business intelligence tools (Power BI) is desirable. You should be flexible enough to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis, and review deck preparation.
