Role Overview: At Mozarc Medical, you will be joining as a Senior Accounting Supervisor in the Global Business Services - Finance team based in Bangalore, India. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in managing core accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements, and leading a team to deliver consistent and high-quality financial outcomes. Your focus will be on ownership, structure, compliance excellence, and people leadership within a stable global environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the India-based Global Business Services Finance team supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Intercompany accounting. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned global legal entities, ensuring adherence to close calendars and quality standards. - Review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, payroll accounting, leases, and intercompany transactions. - Ensure timely completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, with disciplined follow-up on open items. - Act as India Entity Controller with responsibility for statutory books, regulatory fili…
