Financial Planning And Analysis Analyst

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Working with the Corporate regional Finance team and collaborating with GBU functions across all LOBs and regions. - Supporting planning cycle activities such as 3-year planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc., for designated GBU areas. - Performing variance analysis on actual results to explain discrepancies and identifying improvement opportunities based on set financial metrics. - Conducting ad-hoc analysis as per specific requirements and enhancing productivity through automation and process improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or MBA. - More than 2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, financial planning, or relevant fields in a multinational company is preferred. - Good communication skills in both English and the native language. - Strong analytical skills, including consolidation, variance analysis, drill-down capability, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of service and cooperation. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools. - Experience with Oracle or a…
