As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Working with the Corporate regional Finance team and collaborating with GBU functions across all LOBs and regions. - Supporting planning cycle activities such as 3-year planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc., for designated GBU areas. - Performing variance analysis on actual results to explain discrepancies and identifying improvement opportunities based on set financial metrics. - Conducting ad-hoc analysis as per specific requirements and enhancing productivity through automation and process improvement.
