| Educational Qualification | Post Graduation in Psychology/ Education/ Psychological Measurement/ Psychometrics/ Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognised universities/ institutions. |
| Experience | Preferably one year of experience in academic research/ test development competency in operating computers is a must. |
