Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has released the notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector of Police posts. Eligible candidates may apply online before 07-04-2022 (Extended Date – 17-04-2022).

| Qualification | I. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by UGC/ Government on the date of Notification. II. The Bachelor’s Degree should have been obtained in the following pattern:- a) After completion of SSLC and Higher Secondary course in the order of 10+2+3 pattern or b) After completion of SSLC and Diploma in the order of 10+3+2 / 10+3+3 pattern or c) From an Open University / Distance Education/ College after completion of SSLC and I.T.I in the order of 10+2+3 pattern. III. However, candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s degree through Open Universities without going through the above-mentioned pattern will not be eligible. |
Examination Fee:- Applicant will have to pay an examination fee of Rs.500/-. Departmental candidates appearing for both Open Quota and Departmental Quota examinations will have to pay Rs.1000/- as an examination fee. The payment options are both online (Net-banking/ Credit card/ Debit card) and offline (State Bank of India cash challan).

Selection Procedure:- Written Examination, Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Certificate Verification, Viva Voce, and Special Marks.

- An incomplete application will not be accepted.
