| Company Secretary | 01 | (i) Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. (ii) 2 years experience in Company Secretarial functions in a company of repute. |
| Rajbhasha Adhikari | 01 | (i) Post Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject at a graduation level or vice versa OR Post Graduation in English with Hindi as a subject at a graduate level or vice versa. (ii) 2 years experience of translating from Hindi to English and vice versa in a company of repute. |
| Legal | 04 | (i) Graduate with 3 years full-time LLB degree or 5 years integrated LLB Degree. (ii) 2 years experience in commercial and industrial laws, well conversant with procedure of courts/ tribunals/ arbitral bench in a reputed company/ PSU. |

Upper Age Limit:- 35 years
Application Fee:- Candidates belonging to UR/ OBC/ EWS category are required to an application/ registration fee of Rs.100 through a demand draft in favor of Cement Corporation of India Limited, Payable at New Delhi. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Females will be exempted from the application fee.
