Commissionerate of Health and Family Welfare Andhra Pradesh has released the notification for the recruitment of a Civil Assistant Surgeon to work in Primary Health Centers under the control of the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada on regular basis. Eligible candidates can apply before 24-09-2021.

44 | a) Candidates should have passed the MBBS Degree examination included in the Schedule –I of the MCI Act, 1956 as amended from time to time and from a College recognized by the Medical Council of India and completed an internship by on or before 03-09-2021. b) Must be registered (on a Permanent basis) with the State Medical Council of Andhra Pradesh. c) In case Candidates who studied MBBS Abroad must have registered (on a Permanent basis) with the State Medical Council of Andhra Pradesh |

How to Apply:-
- Candidates should obtain the Application Form through the Official Link.
- The filled-in applications shall be submitted to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare Gollapudi, Vijayawada on or before 24-09-2021 at 5.30 P.M.
- Superscribe the envelope with the name of the post.
Selection Procedure:-
(i) 75% will be allocated for an aggregate of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
(ii) Marks awarded for languages shall not be considered for the weightage of aggregate marks.
(iii) Weightage up to 15% Marks will be given to Civil Assistant Surgeons working on a contract/ Outsourcing basis.
(iv) Upto 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per each completed year after completion of internship along with a requisite qualification.
Place of Posting:- Selected candidates shall be liable to serve in any part of Andhra Pradesh.

- There will be no interview.
- The number of vacancies may vary.
- Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
- Incomplete/ incorrect applications and applications received after the due date and time will be summarily rejected.
