High Court of Punjab and Haryana has released the notification of the recruitment in the cadre of Punjab Superior Judicial Service. Interested candidates can apply before 22-12-2023 (05:00 PM).

| Additional District Judge Punjab Superior Judicial Service | 21 | (i) Candidate must have passed the matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Hindi language, specified by the Government from time to time (ii) Candidate must be an income tax assessee for a period not less than three assessment years (preceding the date of application), with gross professional income of not less than rupees five lakhs per annum (iii) Candidate must have been duly enrolled as an Advocate and has practiced for a period not less than seven years |
Age Limit:- Candidates should not be less than 35 years and not more than 45 years
Pay Scale:- The pay scale is in the Revised Pay Level J-5 in the Pay Matrix (with an initial start of Rs.1,44,840/-) corresponding to the Existing Pay Scale of Rs.51,550 – 63,070/- or such as may be revised by the Punjab Government from time to time
Application Fee:- Application fees according to categories are given below in detail:-

How to Apply:- Eligible candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for the above-mentioned post can apply along with all required documents To the Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh through Co-ordination Branch, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh in an envelope superscribed as “Application for the post of Additional District Judge in the State of Punjab” on or before 22-12-2023 till 5:00 P.M. Application Form should be got typed and completed.
Selection Procedure:- Written Test and Viva Voce
Note:-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
- No Application fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for the reserved category candidates of Haryana State only.
