National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has released the notification for the recruitment of the Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager. Eligible candidates can apply before 18-04-2022 (06:00 P.M).

(ii) Three years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges. 1) By deputation: From officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions affiliated to Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:- (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the pay scale of Level 11 of Pay Matrix (Rs.67,700/- to 2,08,700/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department. Or (ii) with four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the pay scale of Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department. Or (iii) with 08 years of regular service in the post in Pay Level 8 of Pay Matrix (Rs.47,600/- to 1,51,100/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department. 2) By deputation from officers of the State PWDs:- (i) Holding a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University / Institute. And (ii) Officers should have worked at least four 04 years at the level of AE/ AEE/ SDE and above on regular basis. And (iii) The officer should have at least 02 years of experience in projects related to Highways / Roads / Bridges. |
| Deputy General Manager (Technical) Level-12 (Rs.78,800-2,09,200)/ (prerevised) PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/- | 26 | (i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. And (ii) Six years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges. 1) By deputation: From officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:- (i) holding analogous post in parent cadre in the pay scale of level 12 of pay matrix or equivalent. Or (ii) with four years’ regular service in the post in the parent cadre in the pay scale of level 11 of the pay matrix (Rs.67,700-2,08,700) or equivalent Or (iii) with 09 years of regular service in the Pay level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs.56,100/- to 1,77,500/-) or equivalent in the parent Cadre/ department. 2) By deputation from officers of the State PWDs:- (i) Holding a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University / Institute. And (ii) Officers holding the post of EE on regular basis OR should have worked at least for 08 years at the level of AE/ AEE/ SDE and above on regular basis. And (iii) The officer should have at least 05 years of experience in projects related to Highways / Roads / Bridges. |
| General Manager (Technical) Level-13 (Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900)/ (prerevised) PB-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/- | 15 | Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute. AND (ii) 14 years experience in Group A service out of which 9 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to National/ State Highways. By deputation:- From officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions affiliated to Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:- (i) holding analogous post in parent cadre in the pay scale of level 13 of pay matrix (Rs.1,23,100/- to 2,15,900/-) or equivalent. Or (ii) with four years’ regular service in the post in the parent cadre in the pay scale of level 12 of the pay matrix (Rs.78800-209200) or equivalent Or (iii) With 09 years of regular service as Executive Engineer. 2) By deputation from officers of the State PWDs:- (i) Holding a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute. AND (ii) Officers holding the post of SE on a regular/officiating basis OR should have worked as Executive Engineer on regular basis for at least 06 years. AND (iii) Officer should have completed 14 years of service in the level of AE/AEE/SDE and above. AND (iv) The officer should have at least 09 years of experience in projects related to Highways / Roads / Bridges. |
