Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of District Cadre Posts of Nursing Officers on a contract basis in all 30 District Establishments and 13 Medical College and Hospitals under the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of Odisha. Eligible candidates can register online from 14-05-2022 to 07-06-2022 (Extended Date – 25-06-2022).

|4070||(i) Candidates must have passed +2 in the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a Diploma in GNM/ B.Sc Nursing from any medical College and Hospital of the State/ any other institution.|
(ii) They shall have to register their name in Nursing Council in the state and have a valid registration certificate as of the date of advertisement.
(iii) A candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have
(a) Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject or
(b) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects or
(c) passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above
(d) passed an Odia Test in M.E School Standard Conducted by the School and Mass Education Department.
Age Limit:- 21 to 38 years
